According to reports Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), has climbed up to the 11th spot on the list of the largest U.S. corporations treasuries. Strategy, its CEO Michael Saylor, and its business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data management company are more well-known for their BTC holdings. They now hold $65 billion worth of Bitcoin.
The latest ranking compares Strategy to top US companies with cash in their portfolios. It reveals that the Bitcoin investment company is slightly behind chipmaker NVIDIA with a reserve of cash and cash equivalents of $66 billion. Berkshire Hathaway, with a portfolio of $410 billion, claimed the top spot.

The Performance: A Gain of $14 Billion and a Yield Target of 25%
According to reports, Strategy has set a Bitcoin yield goal of 25% for 2025. The asset management firm claims that it is on track to meet this target. The latest report revealed the BI firm had reached 19.7% on its way to achieving the stated goal. The company’s dollar target is $15 billion. It has already earned $9.6 million with less than six months to go before the end of the calendar year.
Strategy’s Q2 Report shows that it has unrealized gains of $14 billion in digital assets. Its perpetual preferred stock (PPF), which is a perpetual preferred stock, has outperformed iShares Preferred and Income Securities (PFF) and other stocks.
The Strategy: How Strategy Acquired 597.325 Bitcoin
The success of Strategy is a result of its outstanding Bitcoin purchases over a period of several years. Strategy had 597,325 bitcoins in its portfolio as of July 7th, with a total purchase price of 42,40 billion dollars and an average cost per BTC of $70,982. TradingView data shows that it is one of the firms most benefiting from the price surge of Bitcoin. The cryptocurrency was trading at $108,923 as of the time of writing.

It is important to note that Strategy acquired 69 140 Bitcoins in Q2 2025, valued at $6.77 billion. The firm funded its latest purchases with multiple equity offerings. $5.2 billion came from the common stock ATM program and $979.7 millions from the STRD.
