MEET48, the first ever idol fan ecosystem built with a Web3 architecture that integrates AI and UGC, held a joint launch event in Seoul on December 26th, 2025. The event was organized by MEET48, POChain (an AIGC L1 digital content creator ecosystem), Auditions GO (an AIUGC virtual music and dance development ecosystem simulation) and Hash Global, the Web3 Entertainment Alliance, and The Fan powered by BNB Chain.
The event was centered on the integration of AI and UGC with entertainment content and Web3 technology. It also showcased MEET48’s global expansion strategy, which is based upon a future-oriented, development plan.
MEET48 announced at the event that it had formed strategic alliances with Zanybros, a major Korean partner, and Gaudio Lab. They also released an AI Entertainment Strategic Cooperation Declaration. The collaboration covers key areas including AI large models and virtual idols as well as visual production, interactive gaming, AI audio technology, and Web3 fan ecosystem. It adopts the “AI Co-Creator” model at its core.
This launch event was notable for the combination of live online streaming and activities on site that presented MEET48’s future product roadmap to millions users around the world. In the first half 2026, multiple products will be launched progressively.
- ParoAI : A core LLM in the MEET48 AI UGC Ecosystem that understands the creative intent of generating multimodal content. It powers storytelling, characters and interactive experiences, while lowering barriers to high-quality production.
- Meet48.ai : A social AI UGC community where idol fans can create, share and co-create AI-generated content. ParoAI turns AI creation into an interactive and visible social experience.
- Auditions GO is the world’s 1st AI-driven Web3 virtual idol game. Players use IDOL for creating, training, and debuting on-chain, virtual idols, whose assets can be traded on BNB chain. This game uses a proprietary model that is based on MEET48/SNH48’s music libraries and historical data.
- POChain is a fully sovereign AIGC focused Layer 1 Blockchain for Web3 Creators. It’s EVM compatible with BNB chain and designed to be the next-generation technology for AI-native value creation. The roadmap states that the POChain eco-system will gradually launch the following products by 2026.
- POChain: POChain’s content display center that standardizes text, audio and video presentation, as well as AIGC content, while creating a trustworthy, scalable pool of content through on-chain verification.
- POCShow.ai A decentralized, virtual idol trainee on POChain platform that allows voting, debut ownership and fan economy participation. Revenue sharing is also possible through consensus mechanisms on the chain.
- POCmusic.com : Decentralized platform for music distribution and creation, incorporating AI-based music generation and video creation to offer creators end-to-end services from copyright verification to distribution on chain.
- POCast.ai : An audio-centric decentralized ecosystem, where content creators can publish on the blockchain and share revenue transparently with users. Users are able to support content creators while also accessing exclusive content and NFTs.
Seven idols, who ranked first in “MEET48 Best7”, and WIPA, Hu Xiaohui (Han Jiale), Liu Zengyan (Zhang Xiaoying), He Linyan (Li Qiuyue), and Zhu Yixin delivered outstanding performances live and took part in a handshake appreciation session with the audience.
