Medvedev made the triggering comments, implying that Russia is ready to supply and maintain nuclear capability to other nations, as well as suggesting nuclear warheads could be supplied to Iran.

Medvedev warned Trump about the dangers of ultimatums. He said that such threats could lead to conflict not just between Russia and Ukraine, but even within the US.
