NBC News quotes the police.
Hussein allegedly stole $300,000.00 from passengers. He is accused of saying to a victim, “Be calm or bad things will happen”.
Bail bond of $200,000 comes with conditions such as Hussein being under electronic surveillance and not allowing him to use the internet. He is required to remain in Maricopa County because prosecutors say he is frequently traveling to Ethiopia, and therefore a flight-risk.
