Bitcoin recovered $62k, and the majority of top altcoins were trading higher. Ethena & Celestia saw notable increases.

In 24 hours, the global market capitalization of cryptos grew by 1.4% to $2.27 billion. The global crypto market cap was up 1.4% in 24 hours to $2.27 trillion.
Bitcoin was trading at $62,800, an increase of 6.25 % in the past 24 hours. Ethereum traded near $2,447, a gain of 4.5% intraday.
The AI tokens ARKM and WLD are leading the pack
Arkham (ARKM), Worldcoin WLD, and Bittensor TAO led the artificial intelligence tokens.
ARKM WLD and TAO had all experienced double-digit gains in the 24-hour period, at respectively 17%, 16 %, and 11 % at the time this article was written.
ENA prices soar by 28%
Ethena, Hedera and Celestia all benefited from positive ecosystem development. ENA’s price, which was up by 28%, led the gainers in terms of market capitalization among the 100 top coins.
This surge is a result of Ethena’s October 10 announcement regarding the allocation of its Reserve Fund to RWA Assets such as BlackRock BUIDL, Sky USDS and Sky USDS.
TIA also rose amid the news surrounding RPG Kamigotchi. Celestia was also up on the news of a new exchange, as well as market gains.
Hedera Hashgraph HBAR was another token that traded higher. It was above $0.05, as the community responded to the news below.
Curve Finance also surged after ICD was covered earlier that day.

MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin endgame
MicroStrategy, a publicly-traded company, is the biggest corporate Bitcoin holder. The recently purchased 252,220 BTC makes it the world’s largest Bitcoin holder.
Michael Saylor, founder and chairman of Bernstein’s company, shared his vision for the future in an interview.
Saylor says that the ultimate goal for MicroStrategy is to be a Bitcoin Bank. BTC’s price rose slightly to surpass $62k on Friday.
Binance’s exec is denied bail by a Nigerian court again
Tigran Gamaryan is in Nigerian custody since his arrest in January. The Block reported that attempts to release him on bail failed.
The latest attempt was rejected by the court on Friday, despite his pleas for reasons of health.
Gambayan was detained by the US authorities for over 220 days despite the fact that the US citizen had never been the one to make the decisions at the crypto-exchange.
On February 26, 2024, Nigerian authorities detained Gambaryan along with Nadeem Anjarwalla and other Binance executives.
Binance, the executives and both face criminal charges relating to money laundering.
Grayscale is looking at several alternative coins for its products
Grayscale, a digital asset manager and GBTC holder announced on October 10 that it would be looking into several assets to include in its products.

Karate Combat launches L2 on Hedera
Karate Combat, a Web3 sports league that focuses on contact sports, announced the launch of its Layer-2 Network via Hedera.
The UP layer-2 is scheduled to be launched in 2025 Q1 with 30% native UP tokens reserved for KARATE owners and the remaining 10% allocated for an incentive program. HBAR Foundation announced the news via X.
Worldcoin Dune Partnership
Worldcoin’s native token, which represents the digital identity of the coin, rose by more than 20 percent following the most recent news.
Worldcoin announced a partnership with Dune after its expansion of orbs into Dominican Republic. Dune is a web3 data analytics company.
This collaboration will ensure that users can access data in real time on World Chain’s mainnet, the new blockchain of this project.
